CAPABILITY STATUS

Platform design · capabilities described below are proposed unless explicitly identified as available. Product examples are illustrative, not live monitoring or verified results. Implementation and integrations are agreed for each program.

01 / IN DETAIL

Information depends on purpose

Agricultural programs may process boundaries and location references, crops and seasons, activity logs, photographs, observations, sensor/environmental data, participant references, permissions and review records. The agreed program purpose determines which categories are appropriate.

These are possible program data categories, not a statement that this public website collects all of them.

02 / IN DETAIL

What this website actually does

The public enquiry form prepares a draft locally in your browser. Nothing is submitted to The Carbon Credit through the form. If you send the draft using your email service, the team receives the contact and program details you choose to share; your email provider’s policies also apply. No confidential farm documents are requested.

03 / IN DETAIL

Consent and publication are separate

Program processing needs an appropriate legal basis and documented authorization for the intended use. Permission to collect evidence should not automatically authorize public publication or unrelated third-party sharing. Identifiable farmer information and precise locations require separate consideration before release.

04 / IN DETAIL

Account access and proposed role responsibilities

Operational accounts are separate from the public examples. Existing workspace reads are authenticated and subject to database access policies. Proposed program roles include authorized representatives, assigned field teams, reviewers and administrators, each limited to relevant records. Public visitors see illustrative or approved public content.

Role-specific future workflows are design intentions, not a claim that every access experience is available today.

05 / IN DETAIL

Security, retention and service arrangements

Program agreements need to define secure transmission and storage, authentication, credential handling, retention and deletion, audit logging, incident response and third-party responsibilities. No particular certification, encryption configuration or compliance status is claimed here.

A retention schedule and complete applicable legal disclosures have not been established on this public notice. Confirm program-specific terms before sharing private records.

06 / IN DETAIL

Responsible AI and controlled sharing

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors. Consequential or uncertain interpretations need human scrutiny, source-linked limitations and appropriate private-data access. Publication of aggregate results or research still requires approval and safeguards against identifying participants.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Contact contact@thecarboncredit.in about information shared with the team, to request a correction or deletion of an enquiry, or to discuss program governance. Applicable rights and processing arrangements depend on the program and relevant law; program-specific disclosures must be agreed before collection.
