BUSINESS & IMPACT

Customer value. Measured against evidence.

A proposed commercial model and a transparent framework for evaluating operational value — not claims of revenue, profitability or proven impact.

CAPABILITY STATUS

Platform design · capabilities described below are proposed unless explicitly identified as available. Product examples are illustrative, not live monitoring or verified results. Implementation and integrations are agreed for each program.

01 / IN DETAIL

The operational cost of fragmented evidence

Organizations may repeatedly collect information, reconcile inconsistent records and spend time matching documents to fields. Separate monitoring, analysis and reporting systems make unresolved cases harder to see and can delay reporting.

The Carbon Credit has not published measured cost reductions or proven commercial traction. The value propositions below are proposed and need evaluation.

02 / IN DETAIL

Value by customer and how to evaluate it

Evaluation should connect a customer’s specific problem to a measurable result, not a generic impact claim.

  • FPOs: organized records and monitoring → completeness and cost per field assessed.
  • Government programs: consistent reporting → turnaround time, coverage and unresolved cases.
  • Agribusinesses: practice traceability → traceability coverage and missing sources.
  • Insurers: structured documentation → preparation time and documentation gaps.
  • Sustainability developers: methodology-based evidence → completeness and review effort.
  • Researchers: reproducible observations → data completeness, reproducibility and review time.

Potential commercial models

Proposed revenue streams include platform subscriptions, per-field or per-acre charges, program setup, enterprise integrations, evidence-workflow support and contractually scoped analytics or custom reporting. Pricing depends on requirements and is not established on this website.

  • Subscriptions: program management, evidence organization and reporting access.
  • Field-based fees: coverage, observation frequency and processing requirements.
  • Setup: registry configuration, method requirements, imports and workflows.
  • Integrations: connecting authorized organizational systems.
  • Workflow services: organizing evidence and supporting review, not independent certification.
  • Analytics: approved analyses and decision-support outputs under an agreed scope.

Unit economics: variables before projections

Direct delivery costs depend on field count and acreage, satellite data and processing, visits and sensors, cleaning and integration, human-review hours, reporting and support. No profitability calculator is offered without realistic agreed inputs.

  • Gross profit = Revenue − Direct delivery costs.
  • Gross margin = (Gross profit ÷ Revenue) × 100%, where revenue is greater than zero.

No pricing, margin, revenue or profitability figures are fabricated.

Operational metrics with definitions

These proposed evaluation metrics need an agreed reporting period, source dataset and baseline before comparison. They are not reported platform results.

  • Evidence completeness = completed required records ÷ required records × 100%; source: requirement checklist.
  • Manual-review share = assessments escalated ÷ assessments evaluated × 100%; source: review queue.
  • Median assessment time = median elapsed time from submission to assessment; source: dated workflow events.
  • Cost per field = direct assessment costs ÷ fields assessed; source: delivery ledger and field register.
  • Unresolved share = cases still unresolved at period end ÷ cases assessed × 100%; source: case status history.
  • Reporting turnaround = elapsed time from reporting-period close to report delivery; source: reporting events.
  • Observation coverage = collected eligible observations ÷ methodology-required observations × 100%; source: observation registry.

Exclude undefined denominators; state exclusions. Set a pre-pilot or agreed comparator baseline and preserve the same scope and reporting period.

A proposed growth model

Validate one use case with a defined customer problem, establish a repeatable monitoring and evidence workflow, measure delivery cost and customer value, standardize methodology and reporting, then consider other programs and geographies where the workflow remains applicable.

This is a development strategy, not evidence of nationwide deployment or revenue growth.

VALUE NEEDS A PATHWAY

Make responsibilities part of the model.

Measure operational value against a defined problem and reporting period, while preserving the separation between participation, verification and potential market activity.
